Prisma Monastrell, Paco Mulero 2020 (Jumilla, Spain) is an organic red from handpicked Monastrell. Medium-bodied, with ripe plum, berry fruit and fig on the nose, and a rich, spicy palate of bramble fruit, firm tannins and black pepper. Good with grilled meat or goats cheese.
