Use of this website

The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It's subject to change without notice. We give no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information found on this site, and to the extent permitted by law we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk. You must not misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You may print and/or download pages of this website for your own personal use, provided you don't alter any documents or graphics, don't use graphics separately from the text they relate to, and keep our copyright and trademark notices in place. Reproducing or storing any part of this website in another website, or in any public or private electronic retrieval system, isn't permitted without our prior written consent.

Bookings & reservations

Table bookings and events made through this website or a linked venue site are subject to that individual venue's own booking terms (including any deposit, cancellation or no-show policy shown at the time of booking). We'll always confirm the specific terms that apply before a booking is finalised.

Gift cards

Randalls gift cards may be purchased for digital delivery by email or by post as a physical card (postage is charged at a flat rate for physical orders; digital delivery is free). Digital gift cards are credited to the recipient as Randalls Cash and can be spent across participating Randalls venues; physical cards are redeemable in the same way. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and, save as required by law, are non-refundable once issued — the balance cannot be exchanged for cash. You must be 18 or over to purchase a gift card. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Opayo — we don't store your full card details.

If you believe there's an error in your gift card balance, or your card is lost, stolen or damaged, contact us at contact@randalls.je — we aren't liable for gift cards used without your authorisation, so please treat your gift card like cash.

Randalls Rewards

Use of the Randalls Rewards loyalty scheme, including how points are earned and redeemed, is governed by the separate Randalls Rewards terms available at rewards.randalls.je.

Intellectual property

This website's design, layout, look, appearance and graphics are owned by or licensed to Randalls. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms. The Randalls name, logo and all trademarks reproduced on this website which are not our property are acknowledged. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Third-party links

From time to time this website may also include links to other websites, such as our individual venue websites and social media pages. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information; they don't signify that we endorse the linked website(s), and we have no responsibility for the content of any linked website. You may not create a link to this website without our prior written consent, and any permitted link must not imply we endorse your website or misrepresent your relationship with us.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, or that this website or the servers that make it available are free of anything harmful.
