Fire up your Fridays and Saturdays. The BBQ launches on Friday 3rd July and runs every Friday and Saturday through the month, smoke rising from the garden and plates piling up. Long summer evenings, cold drinks, the grill on all night. Book ahead and pull up a bench.

Quiz
Bingo with a soundtrack. Will takes over from 8pm on Saturday 18th July, swapping numbers for tracks across every era and genre. Mark them off as you hear them, shout when your card is full, and settle in for a Saturday night with a bit more to it than the usual quiz. Tables fill quickly, so book ahead.
Special
The Nations Championship at the Royal. Pull up a seat at the Royal for the summer's rugby. The big matches are on the screens, with a relaxed bar and something good from the kitchen to go with it. Selected fixtures through July, kick-offs across the day, all in easy reach.
